Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of presentation material, standard tender material, and written correspondence
- General administrative support including taking and publishing meeting minutes, preparing letters, reports and presentations as directed
- Maintaining archives, databases, standard tender material, and other information and material used by the Marketing and Sales Department
- Providing administrative support in tendering, from receipt of tender invitations to compilation of the tender material, preparation of the tender, and through to tender submission
- Organizing participation at regional trade shows and exhibitions
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and bid support, preferably in the Seismic industry or other oil and gas services related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite of programs.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to demanding deadlines.
- Strong English verbal and written communications skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.
