Sales Associate	Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Seeking an energetic, ambitious, articulate and self-motivated junior corporate lawyer to support our growth.
You will advise on, negotiate and draft all manner of commercial contracts and oversee varied transactions, many of which will have a crossborder element, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate finance transactions, restructurings, distributorships and franchising, equity capital raises, IT supply and procurement agreements, and entity and fund formation.
You will set up free zone and onshore companies in the UAE, undertake legal research and, lastly, also help with various administrative tasks that are important to the day to day operation of our practice (client onboarding, KYC, AML compliance, invoicing, working with our practice management software).
You will get ample exposure to business law and substantive training throughout.

LLB or equivalent law degree.
Minimum 18 months corporate law experience in a law firm or legal in-house role.
Flawless written and spoken English, (spoken and written as a native language) with superb writing skills (writing samples required and advanced English communications and drafting will be assessed).
Articulate and poised, attention to detail, highly organized and responsive, ability to quickly learn and work autonomously.
Experience with legal research.
