Responsibilities:
- The ability to use courteous and efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order.
- The ability to operate the computer system for ordertaking, check printing, closing out checks and printing reports.
- The ability to upsell to guests as well as confirm their order before thanking them.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fast paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience
