1- Risk Lead
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the effective implementation of overall risk strategy for the business.
  • Review and assess existing relevant policies, regulations and measures to assess current status of compliance.
  • Update and manage a risk and governance framework to ensure a robust, controlled environment and create KRI Matrices alongside different stakeholders.
  • Preparing and maintaining the risk registers for departments and the Company covering the KRI’s, Significant risks, risk ratings at inherent and residual level etc.
  • Conduct regular audits and self-risk assessments for the business.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Banking/Insurance/Financial Services or a similar capacity.
  • Recognised Person in the DFSA, FRSA, CBB or other regulated jurisdiction.
  • Must be based in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Must have experience working for an exchange, broker dealer or bank.
