Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the identification of the training needs of the branch staff based on staff individual meetings, observation, associated feedback, training evaluation & various reports.
  • Prepare an annual & monthly plans to train all branch staff across UAE in conjunction with Manager Retail Training at the beginning of the year.
  • Assist to deliver trainings in branches regularly as per business plan & requirements.
  • Undertake in conjunction with Manager Retail Training on needs analysis based on review of skill gaps, areas identified for improvement during individual performance reviews, future business plans etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum High School/ university graduate or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Banking or administration experience
  • Good Interpersonal skills /presentation skills
