We’re looking for a retail specialist to join our team and contribute to our success by providing excellent customer service, maintaining store operations, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in retail, as well as a strong understanding of the retail industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that meets company standards
• Assist customers with product selection, ensure they are finding what they need, and provide recommendations as needed
• Help maintain store visual merchandising standards, including window displays, signage, and pricing
• Keep up with current promotions, sales, and marketing initiatives to best represent the company and drive sales
• Stock shelves and keep inventory organized and well-stocked
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, following all company procedures

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or higher
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory role
• Experience working with POS systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
