Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the same capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment and has a previous All-Day Dining or Fine Dining and Lounge experience.
Has a strong exposure in handling busy restaurant operations and dealing with high profile and diverse clientele.
Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, who can lead, supervises, and motivates his/her staff in all aspect of service to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance with the standard operating procedures established.
Excellent spoken and written English is required, and additional European language will be highly regarded in this role
