Remittance Clerk / Customer Service Staff Jobs in UAE

Al Ansari Exchange, a leading exchange company in the UAE with the largest branch network started as an offshoot of a flourishing trading business of the Al Ansari family almost 60 years ago, primarily to meet the foreign exchange and remittance needs of their trading partners and customers, at a time when formal banking was yet to be established in the Country.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash / chequeen transactions at the counter and ensure delivery of quality service to customers while adhering to operational controls
  • Carry out branch transactions smoothly and in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all branch transactions are performed in line with UAE Central Bank guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have good communication skills – English and/or Arabic
  • Bachelor Degree Holder; Attested educational certificate is a must
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Customer—oriented and with good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible to work anywhere in the UAE on shifting schedule
