What Does a Relationship Manager Do? Relationship Managers typically work for corporations across industries to make sure business clients feel valued. They work closely with the sales, marketing and customer service teams to develop new ways to attract clients and reduce client turnover.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that revenue and volume targets are met as per the agreed budget.
  • Manage corporate relationships with minimum 100 staff with monthly salary AED 5K+
  • Originate New to Bank (NTB) & New to Product (NTP) customers as per the budget using sales officers & branch channels.
  • To manage team of outsourced direct sales team & NBF staff to drive new to bank business, forward and backward cross-sell to new to bank and new to product customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree related to a business field such as marketing, accounting or economics
  • Minimum 10 of retail banking experience with at least 3 years in a Corporate Relationship Management role
