About the role
- This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to join an iconic global High-End Jewellery House. The main purpose of this role will be to lead the retail stores across the GCC and constantly identify new opportunities to grow the brand’s presence in the Middle East region.
- You will be in charge of the recruitment, development, coaching and motivation of the regional teams and you will drive the performance of the teams and the business. In addition, this role will be focussed on conducting regular market and competitor analysis and marketing ROI analysis to provide a transparent overview of the market conditions to HQ.
- Our client is looking for a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of the luxury sector, specifically fine jewellery, who can work with a high level of autonomy but also collaborate efficiently with all colleagues and partners.
About you
- To be considered for this role, you must have a background in luxury industry, preferably fine jewellery and a substantial knowledge of the GCC market and its clientele. The role requires a strong leader with entrepreneurial and dynamic personality with experience managing multiple locations.
- You must have excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
