Description:

This role is a trusted collaborator and internal consultant to Regional MPL Leadership and Project Teams in developing Regional HSE leadership and engagement relationships, systems and structures to drive improvement, Support the effective implementation & maintenance of Regional Certified ISO QHS SE Management Systems and the HSE Annual Improvement Plan; Building QHSSE capability and high value HSE Regional Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building engagement and understanding that drive a positive QHSSE agenda across the MPL Regional Teams.
• Own, maintain and improve the Regional MPL QHSSE Management System (incl Duty of Care) and annual improvement plan aligning to the MPL QHSSE System and HSSE priorities, KPI’s & Metrics including assurance programs and formal management reviews
• Assures QHSSE solutions that support MPL operational and customer requirements including lifting operations
• Coordinates the investigation, learning and closure of Fatal and High Severity HSSE Incidents and customer
  QHSSE complaints / concerns, including regulatory relationships and reporting.
