Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

Responsible for planning, directing, organizing and coordinating the overall activities and functions of the patient experience department/section. This responsibility requires achieving and maintaining professional standards within the department, ensuring the efficiency and quality of services provided and proper delegation and supervision of daily departmental/sectional tasks and duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting up of the long term plan for the overall functioning of the patient experience department
• Directing and recommending appropriate departmental goals, objectives, systems, programs and priorities
• Proposing modifications to the existing departmental structures
• Monitoring and keeping expenditure within budget
• Ensuring that facility mission and strategic goals are integrated in all departmental/sectional programs
• Working effectively with the leadership incorporating best practices within facility

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 7 years in a leadership position with focus in customer service with at least 3 years experience working in healthcare industry
