Responsibilities:
- Act as Account Manager for our clients – submit candidates, negotiate offers
- Source and attract talent through internal ATS, external job boards, social networking sites and other applicable sources.
- Pre-screen, qualify and present potential candidates to our clients.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews by phone or Skype.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, interview schedules, new hires and other recruiting activities using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Jazz.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to advertise and socialize job openings, including posting to job boards, sharing with social networks, and engaging employees to identify referrals
Requirements:
- Must have the right to work in the UAE
- Fluent English, Fluent Arabic a plus
- Proven experience in Dubai, UAE, Saudia Arabia etc.
- 7+ years of experience with recruiting minimum (technical recruiting desirable)
- Proven resourcefulness and effectiveness in candidate sourcing and relationship building
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills
- Great attention to detail, Strong time management skills and follow-through on execution
- Ability to adjust and excel in a fast paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and various web / digital marketing and social media tools
- Excellent use of MS Office Suite
