• Active sourcing of candidates for different positions (also high-level)
• Creating Job Ads that will attract the best fitting applicants
• Pre-screening of candidates
• Interviewing of candidates via Teams and in person
• Facilitate interviews between the department heads and the candidate
• Entering all necessary data in Zoho-Recruit
• Negotiating terms and conditions with the candidates
• Stakeholder management

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in recruiting
