We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer the phone, screen & record calls
Guide callers to the right person or department
Take down and forward messages
Greet visitors and customers
Call persons waiting for visitor and arrange meeting
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
Send email and faxes.
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
Provide information / Brochures, Flyers
Other miscellaneous tasks related to day-to-day business.
Job Requirements:
1~2 Years Certificate / Diploma
Minimum 1~2 Years working experience in similar position
Good Knowledge in Microsoft applications
Fluent in English & Arabic (Preferred)
Relevant training or qualification
Organized, presentable and good time management skills.
