Responsibilities:

• Stage and show living spaces
• Finds and reaches out to new prospects
• Discover clients’ criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
• Negotiate living space rent and or selling price and close the deal
• Selling Secondary market

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of real estate sales experience is desirable
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
