Job Responsibilities:
- Real Estate Sales AgentArdin Realty Brokers is looking for Experience Real Estate Agents to join the team.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle sales and rental inquiries from clients through phone, email, and in-person.
- Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
- Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation.
- Qualifying new leads
- Negotiating offers, contract negotiation, and finalizing deals.
- Maintain regular contact with all clients.
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent (minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE)
- Freshers are not required.
- Strong sales, good presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
