REAL ESTATE AGENT Jobs In Dubai | MAC Group

We are looking for Real Estate Agents to work with one of the elite real estate agencies from western market . Though western market experience is preferred it’s not mandatory. Hiring manager will consider candidates who are based in U.A.E who are available for full-time or part-time work.

Responsibilities:

• We do not give interview feedback for Idiosyncratic Rater Effect and it’s not feasible to fix such systematic errors behind it.
• Feedback is interviewer’s truth, not candidate’s.
• It’s a time consuming procedure to structure a legally apt constructive feedback and to deliver it.
• Accepting critical feedback is a rare skill.
• Please note that candidates are NOT selected merely based on expertise or experience.

Requirements :

• Candidates must have good personality and good communication skills
• Candidates who dealt with Ultra/High-Net-Worth individuals will get higher preference.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred though we will consider other candidates as well.
• Experience in Real Estate Sales / Mortgage Sales / Luxury Car Sales / Luxury Holiday Package Sales / Vacation Club Sales / Time share Sales / Investment management Sales, Life Insurance Sales can be an added advantage.
