Job Responsibilities:

A- Build, support and maintain mission critical quality engineering products and platforms, including Enterprise Test Data Management (EDTM) for IT and business customers (including Emirates Aviation College).
B- Establish the mission and purpose for quality engineers in the solution domain along with the right technologies, engineering practices and metrics relevant for the quality engineering solution domain.
C- Design the strategy and drive the adoption of test automation across the organisation. The role holder is the Product Owner for test automation tools and platforms.
D- Provide technical advice to the quality engineers, as well as to senior management teams, peers and other stakeholders, in order to continually improve processes.

Job Requirements:

A- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or relevant experience.
B- 15+ yrs in quality engineering roles involving the building of complex, scalable and large software solutions in digital, data or enterprise domain..
C- 5+ years of leading quality engineering teams in a large solution domain and with experience in digital transformations.
D- Solid experience in development of quality test frameworks and quality practices in support of large scale agile delivery.
