To provide the strategic alignment on the drivers quality assurance eco system through building efficient processes, policies, governance frameworks and innovate the quality assurance unit by implementing the project and initiative as per the global best standards.

Responsibilities:

• To do thorough gap analysis of the quality assurance unit and highlight the areas of development and improvements.
• Design the process for the quality assurance section and review them periodically to ensure that the efficient processes are implemented with relevant KPIs and OKRs to measure the effectiveness of the process.
• To measure the impact of the corrective actions on the quality assurance process through tangible and intangible outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant degree from a recognized University.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
