To implement the quality assurance processes by measuring the drivers performance and by evaluation of the institutes to ensure the performance is as per the set standards.

Responsibilities:

• To implement such tools and techniques of quality assurance and performance management practices to improve the results.
• To have a sound knowledge of big data, data visualizations, gamification concepts in the transport sector.
• Ensure the approved performance metrics are measures as required and reported to the required stakeholders.
• Ensure the corrective actions are implemented by the concerned stakeholder to improve the performance and quality of drivers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a large and active service organization.
• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
• Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
