Description:
We are seeking professional QA Software Tester/.NET to join our Software Development team and support QA software testing (manual and automated) and troubleshooting tasks (desktop and web applications).
Responsibilities:
- »Software troubleshooting, bug fixing and QA testing for Microsoft Windows desktop and web applications
- »Testing for multi-browser platforms including tablet and mobile platforms
- »Writing queries in SQL Server 2017 and above
- »Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language (C#.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript)
- »3+ years of experience in software QA testing and automated testing tools
- »Ability to interpret client questions and determine what information is needed to provide an effective response
Requirements:
- Knowledge Base management and maintenance
- 3+ years of experience in a related field such as programming, technical customer support and troubleshooting
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, MIS, or similar degree or possess equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server
- Experience with bug tracking or help desk ticketing system a plus
