Job: To manage the day-to-day sales and leasing activity in the Abu Dhabi office, ensuring monthly and annual targets are achieved consistently through the management of the sales and leasing team members.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of all Sales/Leasing staff based within the assigned office, ensuring targets are met or exceeded from a personal and team perspective
• Full awareness and understanding of local market/dedicated areas
• Ensure effective management of the applicant process and enquiries
• Provision of valuations as required
• Senior negotiator on key offers through to exchange of contracts, liaising closely with buyers, sellers, and other agents in a chain situation
• Liaison between buyers/sellers, tenants/landlords

Requirements:

• Educated to at least Higher education level
• UAE driving license holder and vehicle owner
• Demonstrable record in residential property with at the requisite senior level
• Negotiation skills
• Selling skills
• Confident in presentation delivery
• People Management
