• Regular care calls to all clients to maintain the relationship.
• Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.
• Generating new business through networking and prospecting of leads
• Building and maintaining a client book and ensuring streams of business through referrals, repeat business and new business

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience within property/banking SALES is essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Presentable, professional and honest.
• Strong networking skills.
• Positive and hard working attitude.
• Ability to maintain or build up your own client network.
