Estimation of Engineering man-hours required for project.
Scheduling the release of drawings based on the project plan.
Allocate needful information for 3D modelling and preparation of drawings.
Review of client’s design drawings and interact with client to propose possible changes in line with construction feasibility and as per the project specification.
Preparation of technical queries to client.
Coordination with other departments like production, QC, projects etc.
Supervision of the preparation of 3D model, General Arrangement drawings, Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, Pipe support drawings, Weld maps, As-Built drawings, etc.
High level checking of 3D models, General Arrangement drawings, Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, Pipe support drawings, Weld maps, As-Built drawings, etc.
Coordination with Project engineers and yard Supervisors to resolve site queries.
Interface with other discipline members to resolve clash checks and provide solutions.
Take part in finalization of construction sequence of structures.
