The Project Coordinator will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to Contract & Project department ensuring an exceptional service is delivered. The role holder will be coordinating with vendors, clients and internal stakeholders for all project activities including creation of sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing.
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for the Quotations in compliance with projects specification and budget.
- Review tender documents and prepare technical submittal as per project requirements.
- Prepare, submit, follow-up, and monitor approvals of material and drawings submittals.
- Maintain project Bill Of Quantity (BOQs) and monitor the procurement schedule.
- Prepare close-out documents such as O&M manuals, material/work inspection requests, delivery notes.
- Prepare quotations for customers based on the customer and business requirements.
- Monitor and follow-up clients’ outstanding payments.
- Maintain project related databases and prepare sales & purchase order in the system as required.
- Liaise with the store teams and interior designers to ensure availability of stocks.
- Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
