We have an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager working within our Joint Replacement Division. This is a hybrid position, based in Dubai where you will have responsibility for the MEA Region. Candidates must have a medical device background and ideally an excellent knowledge of the local market. We want someone with great interpersonal skills, who is proactive and has a high level of accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
• Develop, drive and has ownership in central and local tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business results
• Allocate and manage the budget in alignment with strategic priorities
• Provide direct sales support in the field

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
• Preferred localization of candidate: Dubai
• MBA preferred
• 4+ years of work experience required
• 2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
