As a Product Manager for our Partner API team (Hotels) , you will lead a growing team to deliver travel solutions for large partners and optimize the sales of our Partner API product. The role will manage the Hotels API product and the Client Support team who are responsible to support and optimize customers using the product.

Responsibilities:

• You will lead the performance, optimization and implementation of new or existing products of all our customer integrations, contributing significantly to customer revenue generation and customer value proposition.
• Manage the product and technical aspects of Seera Group’s relationship with strategic, enterprise partners partnering with Commercial Account Managers to serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Understand the full array of the company’s offerings and areas of expertise, apply this knowledge to meet the needs of the partner

Requirements:

• API support/management experience. B2B technical support experience is highly desired.
• Experience with an API Testing tool (ie. POSTMAN, SoapUI)
• Good communication and analytical skills, including data analysis
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken
• Ability to clearly explain technical steps to a non-tech audience.
• Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite of Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Exposure to Web Services standards and technologies (e.g. XML, JSON, non-technical)
