The Principal RPA Developer is responsible for the design, development and successful implementation of the robotic process automation solutions within the group. Drive and accelerate the adoption of Robotic Process Automation within various business units. Work closely with business stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate the same in RPA solutions and products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to promote and implement the robotic process automation solutions within the Emirates group and the adoption of RPA within various business units.
• Identify and understand the business use cases for automation, and design automated workflows around those needs. Engage with Stakeholders from Ideation stage to project realization.
• Drive the automation initiatives spanning across task & process automation leveraging the new platforms capabilities within the group.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of tools, technologies and business processes and Provide technical training and guidance to the RPA team

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Software Engineering or Information Technology
• Certification in SAFe or Agile Scrum Master preferred
• 8+ years’ Information Technology experience
• Experience in Software development experience primarily on RPA & scripting technologies
