We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual to join our team as a public relations assistant. The responsibilities of the public relations assistant include keeping calendars and media lists, participating in brainstorming sessions, and assisting with the organization and execution of PR events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support on typing the related Gov’t applications / transactions of (such as e-work permit and residence permit, new / renew Labour card, Labour contract/offer, new / renewal of Residence Visa, Medical, etc.).
  • Check on financial matching/reconciling the governmental fees of MoHRE / Immigration systems (i.e. Tasheel, E-vision – E-channel, GDRFA} with the payment/support report, & posting them on Oracle application.
  • Support in drafting & documenting correspondences related to Letters, IOMs, etc.
  • Act as a focal point for PR related work (receiving/forwarding correspondence /documents)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification required Secondary school
  • 2 years of experience as MOHRE Typist is must
  • Good command on Arabic Typing
  • Good communication skills with basic IT knowledge and fast typing skills.
