We are urgently hiring a highly experienced Planning Manager for our Projects in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Taking the lead in the preparation of Baseline Programs, by means of preparing it from the initiation stage, including loading of resources and costs, and defining activity codes using Primavera P6 software.
• Directly reports to General Manager and needs to monitor all the projects and submit daily weekly and monthly reports submitted to GM.
• Should be capable of controlling and supervising pretender programs in addition to Claims/ skills related to construction contracting.
• Taking the lead in updating and revising the Project Baseline Program as required.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 20 years of Construction Planning experience, in which at least 15 Years of work experience as a Planning
• Manager for construction projects like High-rise Building, and large villas in the UAE
• Expertise in using related Tools & Software like Primavera 6 and MS Project
