Pharmacy Technician Jobs in Dubai | Canadian Specialist Hospital Jobs

A pharmacy technician works closely with a pharmacist to ensure the health and safety of their patients. They locate, dispense, pack, and label a prescribed medication for a patient that is then reviewed for accuracy by a pharmacist before dispensed to the patient.

Responsibilities:

  • Sterilize surfaces and equipment and prepare the pharmacy for opening
  • Greet customers and answer questions
  • Receive prescriptions and check their validity
  • Process prescriptions electronically and ensure all information is complete and accurate

Job Requirements:

  • Pharmacy technicians must have a Diploma in Pharmacy from an accredited college or school of pharmacy.
  • At least 2+ years experience in a hospital.
  • Current license in the country of origin with DHA license to practice as a pharmacy technician in Dubai, UAE.
  • Excellent command of oral and written English & Arabic.
