Personal trainers are responsible for educating clients and enforcing policies regarding safe and proper use of equipment. Individuals holding this position must be able to develop, document, and implement one-on-one, partner, or group workout programs that match the needs and goals of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote personal training and fitness activities through frequent guest interactions.
- Conduct personal training sessions to individuals and groups.
- Create tailor made programs for internal (hotel) and external guests/clients.
- Delivers high quality private and group fitness instruction that meets and exceeds guest expectation.
- Describe the training lessons available and upsell personal training in addition to the entire spa menu to internal (hotel) and external guests/clients.
- Reports maintenance deficiencies, residents’ concerns, guest comments, glitches, etc. to Assistant Spa Manager / Director of Spa.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.
Requirements:
- Has minimum 3 years relevant experience in luxury Spa and Fitness operation with proven leadership skills.
- PT Level 3 with valid certifications in UAE. Certification in Nutrition is a plus.
- Possesses excellent English communication Skills.
- Trained and certified in First-Aid, CPR and rescue techniques .
