The Personal Assistant to the Co-Founder is responsible for providing advanced and diversified executive and personal administrative support and has a wide range of duties which may include clerical tasks, booking meetings, conference calls, personal travel arrangements, research, and management roles, take meeting minutes, write reports, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention. Office Management duties to ensure clear communication, collaboration and support on a day today basis.


  • Support the Co-founder by providing a high standard of personal executive level assistance to meet the needs of the Co-founder’s objectives, including a significant amount of diary management, setting up meetings, hospitality, travel and visa arrangements worldwide
  • Support the Leadership Team members as required with setting up meetings, drafting agendas, taking minutes of meetings, circulating papers
  • Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing projects for Co-founder’s Office


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Familiarity with the Emirati customs, traditions and work ethics
  • Proficient in English language is a must
  • High-level communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Executive-level experience in secretarial and administrative roles is a must
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability
  • Emotionally mature and has a high degree of confidentiality
