A Personal Assistant (PA) works with senior staff to provide one-to-one support. Typically PAs support senior managers by offering administrative help such as monitoring a manager’s email, drafting communications on their behalf, planning and organising meetings and their travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and their family
- Manage correspondence, including email, letters, and phone calls
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle personal errands for the CEO and their family, including shopping and running errands
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Maintain confidential information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Should have prior experience as personal assistant
- Must be European language speaker
- Only Female candidates required.
- UAE Driving license is mandatory.
