We have partnered with an amazing global company who are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks for CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Communicate directly, and on behalf of CEO, with senior management, clients, suppliers.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
