Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary Jobs In Dubai | Agile Consultants

A Personal Assistant (PA) works with senior staff to provide one-to-one support. Typically PAs support senior managers by offering administrative help such as monitoring a manager’s email, drafting communications on their behalf, planning and organizing meetings and their travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO / Director’s complex schedule.
    Managing travel / ticket / hotel etc. arrangements for the Directors.
    Visa processing on the VFS portals or otherwise.
    Be resourceful enough to manage immediate bookings for dinners, etc.
    Document & file management with high confidentiality.
    Monitoring of expired documents & renewals of property contracts/ vehicles/ insurance documents, etc.
    Supporting the families of Directors in appointments etc.
    Front desk & other delegated duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary to C-Level Executives or Directors.
  • Fluent in English & Tagalog.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Multi-tasking – abilities to work under pressure will be added assets.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Nationality requirement: Filipino.
