In your role, you will be immersed in the People Experience & Culture (PX&C) projects, initiatives and plans from day one. You will assist the team to drive the employee wellbeing and engagement strategy and contribute to shaping the company’s culture and enhancing the experience of employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive wellbeing and engagement initiatives across offices, stores, and warehouses
• Collaborate with the PX&C Partners in the region to activate plans and align on priorities and directions
• Manage the wellbeing and engagement calendar and ensure timely execution of events
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to plan and run events successfully
