An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Passport Processor to join the team in Traders Hotel. The successful applicant will be one of the faces of the hotel and assist guests whilst they check-in.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism among the team.
• Be a point of call for all members, VIP’s and Special Attention Guest’s.
• Work with Traders Club colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
• Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
• Remain aware of all fire prevention/safety regulations and ensure that they are adhered to.
• Remain aware of all activities within the hotel.
