We have a great opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team our Culinary team. The successful applicant will have a love for food and a passion for organisation and presentation, they will assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control work of Shang Palace kitchen personnel in their respective stations.
• Assist with overseeing of the daily operation.
• Maintain the highest quality in the food provided.
• Work with Shang Palace team to keep excellent cleanliness standards.

Job Requirements:
