Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Build a preliminary target list of prospective customers (leads).
- Enrich these leads to obtain extra insights including correct email address, and direct phone numbers using tools like Seamless and Lusha
- Creatively prospect and qualify leads using other sales outreach channels including LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Negotiate and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of basic negotiation skills – able to balance risk and opportunity.
- Demonstrates a “can-do” spirit, ownership, and commitment.
- Able to build relationships, demonstrates a passion for customers.
- Can work both as a team player and independently on multiple tasks.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
