Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
