- Scaling the team sustainably by designing and implementing business and HR strategies & proceduresIncreasing company efficiency by establishing team and company-wide processes, goals & objectives

- Maintaining a low employee and contractor churn rate by building a healthy company
- Maximising company profits by setting up a basic financial infrastructure that includes but is not limited to projection setting, invoicing expense tracking, and profit per client measurement
