Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all repair and overhaul work is processed within customer agreed or contracted turnaround times, maintaining high quality standards and cost targets.
- Establishing objectives, policies, standards and production schedule to ensure quality and cost effectiveness, and responsible for production planning documentation.
- Responsible for material flow, monitoring and providing proper manning levels, adequate facilities and timely scheduling of repairs through the MRO.
- Lead his/her team in accordance with Collins’s “Code of Ethics,” “Policy Statement on Business Ethics” and related policies and be role model to the team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure that the business meets customer’s requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is strongly preferred with 5 years of maintenance experience in Civil or Military Aviation.
