Hands-on approach in driving Transformation Projects which are spread across functions and geographies to achieve the business objectives. Hands on experience in managing the Business Performance via KPI design, periodic evaluation and budget management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and Manage the Global KPI of Freight and Logistics ensuring that the results and objectives are met
- Hold an independent view on business performance and support global plans for continuous improvement.
- Create and manage the Annual Operating Plan framework for the stations linked to the global Freight & Logistics Objectives
- Through the application of Data Analysis of data and projects of varying size and scope, to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs and maximize asset utilization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree a must, preferably Master’s degree
- Client facing project experience (internal consulting or external consulting)
- Demonstrated skills in driving operational efficiency and cost optimization projects
- Experience in data analysis and statistical churning such as Power BI and Tableau
