To manage and operate the development of the division. To meet the expectations of the customers, whilst fulfilling all the Company procedures and requirements. To plan, manage, and coordinate personnel and operations, improve the company’s efficacy, help achieve the company’s mission and goals, and produce an outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support all division operations on a daily basis.
• Ensure that any issues or conflicts are resolved satisfactorily in order to maintain the high service levels expected by all client and customer groups.
• Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the contract startup phase to include the following criteria.
• Initial Project Planning, Project logistic planning, Sourcing and recruiting of contract staff, agreeing clients’ scope of works, Ordering of project equipment and machinery as required, Liaising with the Senior Manager on a daily basis, Regular communication and meeting with client, Contract staff induction and continuation training, Arranging and controlling local order purchases, Monitor and visit the contract works teams at regular intervals, Control and support the division supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Experience: 7 years in Security related operations
• Valid UAE Driving license
