Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. A successful Office Manager & HR Assistant will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
Responsibilities:
- Organize interviews and assist with new hires
- Orienting new employees to the organization
- Manage vacation accruals; review and report on vacation
- Provide overall support to management team, as required
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events, team buildings
- Help with any other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience at least 2 years at similar position
Fluent English language knowledge - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Microsoft Office experience required. Demonstrated proficiency with Excel required
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- A creative mind and ability to suggest improvements
