An Office Assistant’s responsibilities include taking calls from customers and delivering messages while also using basic office equipment like faxes or scanners. They help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.
- Clean the office at the start of the day.
- Welcoming visitors
- Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors.
- Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
- Answers the telephone if necessary.
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the persons concern.
- Assisting office staff as requested.
- Must have minimum 2+ years relevant experience as Office boy
- Good communication skills in English.
- Jolly and trustworthy personality.
- Any educational qualification is preferred
