Riedel Communications ME FZ-LLC is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our Dubai office and supporting the Sales team in the Middle East.
- Support of the Sales team both operationally as well as organisationally, from ad-hoc support to professional project work;
- Organisation, structuring and execution of all administrative and organisational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day business;
- Organisation and coordinate the day-to-day business including appointment management as well as travel bookings and visa applications;
- First contact person for vendors, such as our health insurance and office suppliers.
- Relevant professional work experience in the broadcast or AV industry, preferably in an international business environment;
- Strong customer orientation and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics in a solution-oriented manner;
- Empathy, networked thinking, forward-looking and -planning actions as well as strong organisational skills;
- Excellent level of written and spoken English and Arabic, any other language would be an advantage.
