 Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage, and lead the team of IT NOC operations engineers.
  • Ensures that the team is following the standard process as per the agreement with the customers.
  • Act as the escalation point for all requests and incidents and solve project issues effectively.
  • Responsible for managing the incident management process effectively through the incident life cycle and managing the communication with the stack holders.
  • Facilitating work-around solutions to ensure system recovery with minimal business impact
  • Strongly maintain the SLA as per the company’s requirement
  • Point of contact for all Major incidents.
